Returns & Exchanges

At NWM, we are committed to your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all high-performance gear. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NWM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Securely pack your sports equipment or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
